Throughout her career, Pat has delivered lasting structural change within the diamond industry and spearheaded diverse international training programs including Hearts On Fire University and Hearts On Fire Academies. In addition, in collaboration with her Diamond Promotion Service colleagues, she helped create The Diamond Characteristic Chart, the Diamond Pyramid, and Diamond Promotion Service campaigns which continue to influence and serve as key resources within the industry.
